Masterplan for a community development center located in Puna, Hawaii. Comprised of steam, agriculture, tech labs, community kitchens, and an event center. Terraced learning gardens, amphitheaters, aquaculture, and treatment ponds are integrated into the landscape. Existing K-12th grade charter schools located on the site also have access to the various amenities via covered walkways. ​
